Shipping policy

After address is entered, shipping costs will be calculated in the cart based upon shipping method.  Most orders ship out within 2 days.

Shipping tracking number will be emailed when order is shipped.  

For international shipping, any duty fees are the responsibility of the customer.

If you received defective and/or damaged merchandise, it must be reported within 7 days of delivery to be replaced. Please notify us by email at info@ekhambee.shop and send a photo of the damaged goods with a description of what is defective/damaged.
