Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Ekhambee. If there was a problem with your order, please contact us immediately at info@ekhambee.shop.

Due to the nature of the products to be eligible for a return, items must be sealed, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. You have 15 days from the date of delivery to make a return for full refund. Returns shipped after 15 days are eligible for store credit. After 30 days, all sales are FINAL and returns will not be accepted. You will be responsible for covering return shipping costs.

You will receive a refund in the form of a credit to your original payment method within 10 days of us receiving your return. Shipping costs for the original order are not refundable. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you received defective and/or damaged merchandise, it must be reported within 7 days of delivery to be replaced. Please notify us by email at info@ekhambee.shop and send a photo of the damaged goods with a description of what is defective/damaged.
